All prices listed on our website already include delivery to ground floor level and full installation of every item. We aim to provide a straightforward, hassle-free setup so your equipment is ready to use from the moment we leave.

Order & Payment Process

Once an order is placed, we will contact you directly to:

  • Confirm the order details

  • Arrange the payment terms:

    50% deposit to secure the order

    50% upon installation

  • Discuss the delivery schedule and any access considerations

No payment is taken automatically at checkout. We confirm everything with you first.

Access Requirements

Delivery and installation included in the price apply to ground-floor access with no stairs or access restrictions.

If the delivery location requires:

  • stairs

  • narrow corridors

  • balconies

  • cranes

  • additional manpower

we will provide a clear, upfront quote before delivery.

Scheduling

Stock levels vary by item. We will provide a clear update on product availability and the estimated delivery window before proceeding.

After Installation

We provide:

  • Basic walkthrough of machine functions

  • Safety guidance

  • Adjustment instructions

  • Contact details for ongoing support
