All prices listed on our website already include delivery to ground floor level. Professional installation and basic positioning are available for a flat €30 per order.

Access Requirements

Delivery included in the price apply to ground-floor access with no stairs or access restrictions. Installation is charged at €30 per order.

If the delivery location requires:

  • stairs

  • narrow corridors

  • balconies

  • cranes

  • additional manpower

we will provide a clear, upfront quote before delivery.

Once your order has been placed, we will contact you to confirm product availability, delivery access and the expected delivery window.
